Refund policy

When can I return or exchange an item?

Le Gioie Bar strives to ensure that every piece meets the highest standards of craftsmanship. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery only if the item is damaged. We do not take title to returned items until they arrive at our designated location, and the product cannot be returned unless damage is confirmed.

Custom or personalized pieces, including those crafted in solid gold or set with precious stones, are made to order and are therefore non‑returnable. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

How to initiate an exchange


1. Send an email to hello@legioiebar.com with your order number, a brief description of the damage, and photos of the item.
2. After we approve the return, we will provide a dedicated address to which your transporter should deliver the item. 
3. The return shipping costs are fully borne by the buyer, and the product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and under shipping conditions identical to those of the original shipment.

 

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@legioiebar.com.
