Shipping policy

Orders are processed from Tuesday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Your package will typically be dispatched by our trusted courier within 1 to 5 business days of order confirmation. Once the parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can follow its progress. All shipments are fully insured until the moment they are signed for and presented in their original packaging. The signed delivery note is required from you—or the person you designate—upon receipt. Delivery is made to the address entered at checkout; we cannot be held responsible for delays or failures caused by incomplete or incorrect address details. Please note that le gioie bar does not cover import duties, customs fees or local sales taxes, which remain the responsibility of the recipient.

If the package is returned to our warehouses due to incorrect address, incomplete information, failure to collect or inability to contact the recipient, a return fee will be applied. This fee must be paid by the customer if they wish to receive the order again.
